The Blue Sky Project is an AI-powered memoir writing platform that helps individuals write their personal memoirs through guided questions and AI-assisted writing tools. The platform is available in English, French, and Spanish.
Access to the memoir writing platform requires a one-time payment:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected amount. All prices are in US dollars.
Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the platform within 14 days of your purchase and have completed fewer than 3 memoir chapters, you may request a full refund by emailing hello@theblueskyproject.org. After 14 days or after completing 3 or more chapters, all sales are final.
You own everything you write. All memoir content, personal stories, and writing you create on The Blue Sky Project belongs exclusively to you. We claim no ownership, license, or rights over your memoir content.
By using our platform, you grant us only the limited technical permissions necessary to store and display your content to you — nothing more.
You agree not to use The Blue Sky Project to:
We strive to maintain 99.9% platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
The Blue Sky Project platform, including its design, code, branding, and technology (excluding your memoir content), is owned by Brigitte Perreault and The Blue Sky Project. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Blue Sky Project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@theblueskyproject.org. Upon termination, your memoir data will be deleted within 30 days.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration in accordance with US law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
